How soon will we receive our event photos?
Every event includes a 24-hour delivery window. Your fully edited digital album is ready while the memory is still fresh, no waiting weeks to share highlights with your team or community.
Do you travel outside Ventura County for events?
Yes. We regularly serve Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles Counties. Events outside Ventura County are subject to a $100 travel fee to cover gas and parking, with farther locations billed for flights or overnight stays as needed.
Are you insured for corporate and venue events?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for venues or event coordinators that require one. We're also FAA certified for aerial shots.
How far in advance should we book event photography?
As soon as your date is confirmed. A 25% non-refundable reservation fee locks in your spot on the calendar, and popular dates like weekends and peak event season fill up fastest.
