What's Included?
Coverage
Paid by the hour with a two-hour minimum requirement. Coverage can include just the event itself, or setup/preparation as well. For larger events, a second photographer may be requested.
Deliverables
Photos are delivered in an online photo album that can be easily shared among friends and colleagues. Upon request, it can be locked behind a password.
Turnaround
On average, photo albums are delivered the same or next day, provided the invoice is paid in a timely manner. Albums are not released until your invoice is paid in full.
Usage Rights
You are free to use and distribute your photos on your website, social media, and advertising. While we do not watermark them, we do appreciate shoutouts here and there!

How much does event photography cost in Ventura County?
Event photography is $200/hr with a two-hour minimum. There's no cap on the number of photos and no hidden fees for extras, so the quote you get is the price you pay.
What types of events do you photograph?
Corporate conferences, nonprofit fundraisers, community gatherings, galas, and celebrations throughout Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles Counties. Every event gets the same level of precision and intention, whether it's 20 guests or 200.
How soon will we receive our event photos?
Every event includes a 24-hour delivery window. Your fully edited digital album is ready while the memory is still fresh, no waiting weeks to share highlights with your team or community.
Do you travel outside Ventura County for events?
Yes. We regularly serve Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles Counties. Events outside Ventura County are subject to a $100 travel fee to cover gas and parking, with farther locations billed for flights or overnight stays as needed.
Are you insured for corporate and venue events?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for venues or event coordinators that require one. We're also FAA certified for aerial shots.
How far in advance should we book event photography?
As soon as your date is confirmed. A 25% non-refundable reservation fee locks in your spot on the calendar, and popular dates like weekends and peak event season fill up fastest.
Can you deliver photos during the event for social media?
We certainly can. If a client prefers to have us hand off their pictures to them during their event, that is an option.
Do you provide headshots at conferences?
Yes. We do provide external lighting and backdrops to do headshots at your next corporate event.
