What is Required to Book my Shoot?

25% down of the total amount is needed in order to get your shoot on the calendar. Please note that this is non-refundable. The rest of your balance will be due on the day of your shoot.

How Do I Book?

Our info for contacting us via phone, email, or text can be found on our contact page. For larger events, such as weddings, we recommend setting up a video call to go over the details of your day. You will typically hear back from us within one business day.

What Happens If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

For types of photo sessions that can be moved around, such as portraits, your non-refundable fee can be used to honor another session if you need to reschedule. Sessions that are rescheduled less than 24-hours before your shoot will incur an additional $75 fee.

When Will My Pictures Be Delivered?

As we say on our site, albums are often delivered in 24-hours or less. Depending on the season and our workload, they may take up to a few days. Please note that albums are not delivered until your balance is paid in full. As a result, it is pertinent that you pay your balance as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery of your pictures.

I Just Paid My Balance. What's Next?

Albums are delivered digitally via email and text message. The link is shareable to your friends and loved ones and allows easy access to download, favorite, and comment on pictures.

How Long Will My Album Stay Up?

We do guarantee that your album will stay up at least one year from the shoot date. After one year, it will be subject to eventual deletion. You will be notified ahead of time before this occurs, but we strongly recommend downloading and backing up multiple copies of your album beforehand.

Will My Pictures Be Featured on Your Website or Social Media?

Yes. While we do not sell or disclose client data to third parties, your images will typically be used in our portfolio and on our Google/Yelp pages, social media pages, and so on. Should this be a concern, please feel free to discuss this before your shoot.
